INFO: Holiday classes are for ages 6 - 16 years
Every class is different, each class uses different subjects and teaches the students different techniques. These school holidays I have traditional drawing and painting classes as well as watercolour lessons. All classes are tailored to our students age and to any level of ability. Final lesson plans will be available once bookings are confirmed, these will be based on the students ages. COST: All in studio classes cost $65 per class per student for in-person classes this includes all materials as well as COVID safe morning tea (includes fruit and biscuits in the first break, later in the second break; chips, biscuits, lollies and more fruit, drinks are soft drink and water). Please notify me of any food allergies or dietary requirements. Zoom online classes are $50, this cost does not include art materials. A list of art materials required and your zoom details will be emailed to you after booking. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash on the day, EFT or personal cheque. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. All materials, food and drink are based on bookings and are ordered and purchased prior to the classes. * Please use the Allara Avenue entry only. There is lots of parking on the grass * No parents waiting inside the building to reduce congestion * Please wash or sanitise your hands upon entry * Please do not attend class if your child is unwell…they will be sent home * Students will be spread out in the classroom and all doors and windows will remain open, minimal time indoors * Teachers will be rapid tested on the day and will be wearing masks indoors * All tables, chairs and art tools are sanitised, all high touch areas will be sanitised on rotation **Student Cancellations Due to COVID-19** If you are an enrolled student who is directed to isolate due to a positive COVID diagnosis and will miss your class, please email Michelle at delaneystudios@live.com with any relevant documents such as a doctors certificate or test results and you will be offered the chance to do the class live online via Zoom. Or a credit will be issued to you to use on another holiday date once your child has received a negative COVID test result. **Class Cancellation Due to COVID-19** If a COVID-19 case causes the closure of the art school, the holiday classes will be delivered live online via Zoom. You will received an email or text from Michelle advising of the closure. If you cannot attend online a credit will be issued for a future holiday date. ONLINE OPTION: If you feel that the COVID risk is too high, and you’d prefer to learn online all lessons will be live online – in real time. The lessons will be modified to suit online learning. All you will need is a pencil, eraser, coloured pencils or textas or paint or watercolour (anything to create colour), paper and an iPad/ tablet or computer at home. Zoom details will be emailed to you. Don’t Have Art Materials? Materials can be arranged to be picked up (contactless) from the church if you have nothing at home. Email Michelle ASAP for art pack details. Please note rental costs, staff pay, all art materials and food has already been purchased for each student, this is why credits are issued over refunds.
